2070Health in Mumbai is seeking a dynamic Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for clinical and non-clinical roles within our hospital network. The ideal candidate will source, screen, and onboard quality talent efficiently, leveraging healthcare recruitment experience.

You will collaborate with department heads, coordinate interviews, manage offers and onboarding, and build a robust talent pool to meet urgent staffing needs while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 2–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare/hospital hiring.
• Experience recruiting for clinical and non-clinical hospital roles.
• Strong sourcing skills via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and consultants.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with ATS/recruitment tools and MS Office.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
• Source candidates for clinical roles (doctors, nurses, paramedics) and non-clinical/support staff through job portals, referrals, and consultants
• Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and define job specifications
• Screen resumes and conduct initial rounds of interviews to assess candidate suitability
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Manage candidate pipeline and maintain recruitment trackers/MIS
• Negotiate offers and manage onboarding formalities for new hires
• Build and maintain a talent pool for critical/urgent hospital positions
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, source effectiveness, offer-to-joining ratio)
