Job summary

Cellcure Cancer Centre in Mumbai is seeking a Recruiter to oversee end-to-end recruitment for hospital operations, spanning clinical, non-clinical, and sales & marketing roles. Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
• Handle recruitment for clinical roles (Doctors, Dietician, Staff Nurses, Lab Technicians, Pharmacists, Psychologist, Physiotherapists, Clinical Coordinators).
• Manage hiring for non-clinical and administrative roles (Center Admin, Front Office, Accounts, Operations, support staff).
• Recruit for sales and marketing roles (Sales Execs, Marketing Execs, BDMs, Relationships, Corporate Sales).
• Source candidates through portals, social media, referrals, consultants, and networks.
• Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, shortlist per requirements.
• Coordinate interviews with department heads and management.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Coordinate offer discussions, salary negotiations, joining formalities.
• Follow up with selected candidates to ensure smooth onboarding and closure of vacancies.

Job Summary

The Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for hospital operations, including clinical, non-clinical, and sales & marketing positions. The role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating the hiring process to ensure timely recruitment of qualified professionals to support hospital services and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment cyclefrom sourcing candidates to onboarding.
• Handle recruitment for clinical rolessuch as Doctors, Dietician, Staff Nurses, Lab Technicians, Pharmacists,Psychologist, Physiotherapists, and Clinical Coordinators.
