Job summary

2070Health is seeking a dynamic Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for clinical and non-clinical roles within our hospital network in Mumbai. You will source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates, with a strong emphasis on healthcare recruitment and efficient processes.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare, and excels in sourcing, screening, and coordinating onboarding across departments.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare/hospital hiring.
• Experience sourcing for clinical and non-clinical hospital roles.
• Proficient with ATS tools and MS Office; strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
• Source candidates for clinical roles (doctors, nurses, paramedics) and non-clinical staff through portals, referrals, and consultants.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and define job specifications.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain recruitment trackers/MIS and candidate pipeline.
• Negotiate offers and manage onboarding formalities for new hires.
• Build and maintain a talent pool for urgent hospital positions.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, source effectiveness, offer-to-joining ratio).

Required Skills & Qualifications
