Sir Hn Reliance Foundation Hospital is seeking an experienced recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment for clinical and healthcare roles. You will source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers while verifying qualifications and licenses.

You will also manage offer negotiations, follow-ups, and joining formalities, aiming to meet recruitment targets and maintain robust candidate databases.

Qualifications

• Graduate in HR, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 13 years of recruitment experience; clinical hiring preferred.
• Knowledge of healthcare roles and clinical qualifications.
• Experience with job portals, LinkedIn, and ATS.
• Strong communication, sourcing, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and meet hiring deadlines.
