DMart in Thane West is seeking an HR Assistant - Talent Acquisition to support end-to-end recruitment in collaboration with hiring managers. You will source candidates, screen resumes, and help coordinate interview processes to meet staffing timelines.

In this role you will evaluate candidates, negotiate offers, and contribute to building a strong talent pipeline for a fast-paced retail environment.
