We are looking for an experienced HR Head to lead and strengthen the company’s overall people function. The role will be responsible for building structured HR systems across talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, HR operations, compliance, policies, and leadership support. This is a high-ownership role suited for someone who can work closely with management, bring process discipline, and create scalable HR practices for a growing real estate development business. The ideal candidate should be execution-focused, mature in stakeholder management, strong in recruitment and performance systems, and capable of balancing people sensitivity with business discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end hiring across functions, levels, and business priorities
• Build structured recruitment processes including screening, interviews, evaluation formats, offer discussions, and onboarding
• Partner with leadership to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely hiring closure
• Maintain hiring quality, process discipline, and proper documentation
• Expertise in designing and implementing performance matrices and assessment frameworks, including competency mapping, evaluation scorecards, behavioral assessments, aptitude tests, KPI-based performance systems, and structured hiring assessment processes aligned with organizational objectives
• Drive employee engagement, communication, grievance handling, and workplace discipline
• Support leadership in building a professional, ownership-driven, and performance-oriented culture
• Provide regular HR MIS, hiring updates, performance insights, and people dashboards
