Job summary

ACCU Group in Pune seeks an HR Recruiter to lead end-to-end hiring across functions. You will source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience and alignment with hiring goals.

Ideal candidates have 3–6 years in Talent Acquisition, strong communication, and proficiency with ATS and MS Office. The role focuses on PAN India talent acquisition from a Pune HQ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• End-to-end recruitment experience across multiple functions.
• Proficient in sourcing on Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs.
• Source candidates via job portals, social media, referrals, and networks.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess fit.
• Schedule interviews with hiring managers and coordinate timelines.
• Negotiate salary offers and oversee the offer rollout process.
• Maintain ATS records and recruitment trackers.
