Cemseal is seeking a Sr. HR and Admin Executive with 2+ years of experience to manage recruitment, onboarding, payroll, training material development and internal helpdesk support. The role requires fluent Hindi and English, familiarity with HR tools, basic labor law knowledge, and travel to multiple company locations.

HR and Admin Executive (with 2+ years of experience) is expected to perform following activities diligently in time

• Handle Recruitment process
• Maintain online & offline personnel databases including time offs & contracts
• Help maintain the company culture and policies
• On boarding process
• Handle Payroll
• Training Material Development & Delivery
• Internal Helpdesk Management for employees
