Job summary

Alankit is seeking an experienced HR professional in Delhi to lead end-to-end recruitment. You will source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and job portals, screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers to close openings efficiently.

The role requires managing recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and MIS reports, while building a robust talent pipeline for current and future requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate/MBA in HR or related field.
• 3-6 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment portals.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring targets.
