Eresolution Consultancy Services is urgently hiring an HR Executive for our Jhandewalan, New Delhi office. The role involves end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and maintaining HR records. You will support onboarding, attendance, and HR MIS reporting in a fast-paced environment.

Freshers are not eligible; 6-day work week, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with salary up to INR 23,000 in-hand plus PF. Strong English, Hindi, Kannada and Tamil language skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior HR/Recruitment experience is mandatory.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong coordination and candidate-handling abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/MIS.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet hiring targets.

Responsabilités

• Handle end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels
• Screen resumes and conduct first-round interviews
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Manage employee attendance and maintain HR records
• Handle onboarding and joining formalities
• Address employee HR-related queries and concerns
• Prepare and maintain HR/MIS reports
• Track recruitment targets, joining status, and employee performance
• Support day-to-day HR and administrative activities

**URGENT HIRING HR EXECUTIVE**

*Working Days:* 6 Days a Week

*Timings:* 10:00 AM 6:00 PM

*Salary:* Up to 23,000 In-Hand + PF
