Job summary

Trimus Hr Solutions in Vivek Vihar, Delhi is seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of recruitment and talent acquisition experience, with strong end-to-end hiring skills and excellent communication.

You will source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn and other portals, manage interviews, negotiate salaries, and maintain candidate pipelines. Immediate joiners preferred.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant HR/Recruitment experience.
• Immediate or short notice joiners preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Understand job requirements and prepare sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, references, and databases.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Negotiate salary and ensure smooth offer and joining processes.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Achieve assigned recruitment targets within defined timelines.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Prepare regular recruitment reports and provide updates to management.
