Team Computers aims to deliver comprehensive desktop support services from Navi Mumbai. The role covers L1/L2 troubleshooting, hands-on hardware and software fixes, and strong coordination with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues efficiently.

Candidate should be proficient with Windows OS, Outlook and O365, and have basic AD, network, and ITSM knowledge. On-site and remote support will be required to meet SLA commitments.

Qualificações

• Provide L1/L2 desktop and technical support to users.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, Windows OS, Outlook, and MS Office/O365 issues.
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory, LAN/Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP.
• Handle user tickets and ensure timely resolution as per SLA.
• Install, configure and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, printers and other IT peripherals.
• Provide remote and onsite support to users.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for issue resolution.
• Maintain IT asset and support-related records.
