ITC Infotech in Medchal is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer with 1.5–2 years of experience to provide L1/L2 end-user support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals. You will install, configure, and maintain Windows systems, troubleshoot hardware, and resolve network and VPN connectivity issues.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor's in Computer Science or IT, and immediate joining. Work from office, with a virtual/face-to-face interview process.

Qualifications

• 1.5-2 years of experience in Desktop Support / IT Support.
• Proficient in Windows 10/11 troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Active Directory and user/group management.
• Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN.
• Experience with Office 365 and Outlook.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide L1/L2 desktop and technical support to users.

• Manage user accounts, password resets, and basic access-related issues.
• Support Microsoft Office 365/Office applications, Outlook, Teams, and related tools.
• Perform OS installation, system imaging, patching, and routine maintenance.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to printers and other IT peripherals.
• Maintain IT asset and inventory records.
• Log, track, and close incidents/requests using an IT ticketing system.
• Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate infrastructure or application teams.
• Follow IT security, backup, access-control, and company IT policies.
• Prepare basic technical documentation and maintain troubleshooting records.
