Job summary

Team Computers in Secunderabad is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer with 2+ years experience to provide frontline IT helpdesk support, install and configure Windows OS, and resolve hardware and network issues.

You will document incidents, adhere to SLAs, coordinate with internal teams and vendors, and ensure assets and software licenses are maintained. Immediate joining preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in desktop support.
• Proficient in Windows OS and MS Office.
• Basic networking knowledge.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and applications.
• Handle user incidents and service requests within defined SLAs.
• Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and other connectivity issues.
• Maintain proper documentation of incidents and resolutions.
• Coordinate with internal IT teams and vendors for issue resolution.
