Job summary

Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Head of Product and Client Experience to lead the product roadmap for trading platforms and own the end-to-end client journey.

The role requires strong experience in stock broking, wealth management, fintech or capital markets, with a proven ability to manage digital platforms for retail, HNI and institutional clients and to collaborate with engineering and business teams.

Qualifications

• Senior product management experience in capital markets, fintech or wealth tech.
• Proven track record delivering digital platforms for retail, HNI and institutional clients.
• Strong understanding of trading platforms and investment products; Agile experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product roadmap for web and mobile trading platforms.
• Own the end-to-end client experience across all trading journeys.
• Enhance onboarding and KYC journeys to improve conversion and reduce friction.
• Design and optimise workflows for HNI and institutional clients.
• Bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams for delivery.
• Partner with technology, operations, compliance and sales teams for delivery.
• Use data and analytics to measure platform performance and client satisfaction initiatives.
• Monitor client behavior and use insights for evidence-based product decisions.

Candidate profile: senior product management experience in stock broking, wealth management, fintech or capital markets, with a proven track record managing digital platforms for retail, HNI and institutional clients. Strong understanding of trading platforms and investment products, and Agile product development experience.
