Job summary

Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. seeks a Head of Product and Client Experience to drive the product roadmap for web and mobile trading and investment platforms.

You will own the end-to-end client experience across all journeys, enhance onboarding and KYC, and design workflows for HNI/institutional clients. The role requires partnering with technology, operations, compliance and sales, using data to improve platform performance and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Senior product management experience in stock broking, wealth management, fintech or capital markets.
• Proven track record managing digital platforms for retail, HNI and institutional clients.
• Strong understanding of trading platforms and investment products; Agile product development experience.
