Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. in Lucknow seeks a seasoned merchant banker with proven deal origination, execution and syndication across equity and debt.

You will build CXO-level relationships, lead the merchant banking team, and ensure regulatory compliance while driving revenue growth and pipeline.

Qualifications

• Identify, originate and execute merchant banking and capital market mandates across equity and debt.
• Lead transaction execution, structuring and syndication end to end.
• Build relationships with promoters, corporate clients, PE/VC funds, institutional investors, family offices, HNIs/UHNIs and intermediaries.

We are looking for a seasoned merchant banker with a demonstrated deal origination, execution and syndication track record, promoter and CXO-level relationships and an established investor network across institutional and HNI / UHNI segments. Entrepreneurial culture with significant growth potential. CA / MBA (Finance) / CFA / CS or equivalent professional qualification.
