Job summary

Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a seasoned merchant banker in Kolkata to originate and execute mandates across equity and debt, while building promoter and CXO-level relationships and an extensive investor network.

The role will lead end-to-end transaction execution, structuring and syndication, build and guide the merchant banking team, drive revenue and pipeline, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Seasoned merchant banker with demonstrated deal origination, execution and syndication track record.
• Promoter and CXO-level relationships and established investor network across institutional and HNI/UHNI segments.

Responsibilities

• Identify, originate and execute merchant banking and capital market mandates across equity and debt.
• Build relationships with promoters, corporate clients, PE / VC funds, institutional investors, family offices, HNIs / UHNIs and intermediaries.
• Lead transaction execution, structuring and syndication end to end.
• Build and lead the merchant banking team; drive revenue and pipeline.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across all mandates.

Entrepreneurial culture with significant growth potential. CA / MBA (Finance) / CFA / CS or equivalent professional qualification.
