Job summary

Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a seasoned merchant banker to originate and execute mandates across equity and debt.

You will build relationships with promoters, CXOs, and institutional investors, leading end-to-end transaction execution and syndication while growing the merchant banking team. The ideal candidate has a track record in origination and execution, with strong investor networks across institutional and HNI/UHNI segments and professional qualifications such as

• Experience in merchant banking or corporate finance mandates.
• Strong network with promoters, CXOs, and institutional investors.

Responsibilities

• Identify, originate and execute merchant banking mandates across equity and debt.
• Build relationships with promoters, corporate clients, PE/VC funds, institutional investors, family offices, HNIs/UHNIs and intermediaries.
• Lead transaction execution, structuring and syndication end to end.
• Build and lead the merchant banking team; drive revenue and pipeline.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across all mandates.

• Build relationships with promoters, corporate clients, PE / VC funds, institutional investors, family offices, HNIs / UHNIs and intermediaries
• Lead transaction execution, structuring and syndication end to end
• Build and lead the merchant banking team; drive revenue and pipeline
• Ensure regulatory compliance across all mandates.

We are looking for a seasoned merchant banker with a demonstrated deal origination, execution and syndication track record, promoter and CXO-level relationships and an established investor network across institutional and HNI / UHNI segments. Entrepreneurial culture with significant growth potential. CA / MBA (Finance) / CFA / CS or equivalent professional qualification.
