Job summary

BPTP Ltd. invites a proactive Guest Relationship Executive to be the first point of contact at the club in Gurugram. You will warmly greet visitors, manage records, and help maintain club ambience while supporting the sales team during events to boost engagement and conversions.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of guest relations experience in hospitality, fluent English and Hindi, a presentable appearance, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in guest relations in hospitality.
• Excellent communication skills with strong customer-handling abilities.

• Experience in delivering premium/luxury customer service.

The Guest Relationship Executive (GRE) will be the first point of contact for customers visiting the BPTP Clubs. The role focuses on delivering a premium customer experience, assisting walk-in clients, and providing seamless support to the Clubs team to enhance customer engagement and conversion.

Eligibility & Requirements:

• Min. 1 year Experience in Guest Relations role in Hospitality.
