Job summary

Adecco India is hiring a Guest Relations Executive for our project site in Sarjapur, Bengaluru. You will welcome walk-in customers, understand their property needs, provide project information, coordinate site visits, and assist in converting leads into bookings while supporting the sales team.

Graduate in any discipline with strong communication and MS Office/CRM knowledge. You should be presentable, customer-focused, and willing to work at site on weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in Real Estate, Hospitality, Retail, Banking, Automobile, or customer relationship roles is preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage walk-in customers at the project site/experience centre.

Guest Relations Executive(GRE)

Job Summary

We are looking for a Guest Relationship Executive to manage customer interactions at the project site/experience centre, provide a positive customer experience, support the sales team, and assist in converting walk-in and marketing-generated leads into site visits and bookings.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage walk-in customers and prospects at the project site/experience centre.
• Understand customer requirements, preferences, budget, and property needs.
• Provide project information, including specifications, amenities, location, pricing, and offers.
• Coordinate and conduct project/site visits for prospective customers.
• Support the Sales Team in lead management, follow-ups, and customer conversion.
• Maintain accurate records of walk-ins, leads, site visits, and customer interactions.
• Coordinate with CRM, Sales, Marketing, and Project teams for smooth customer handling.
• Handle customer queries professionally and ensure timely resolution/escalation.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service and project presentation.
• Assist in events, property exhibitions, campaigns, and other marketing activities.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on walk-ins, site visits, and lead status.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline; Sales/Marketing or Hospitality background is preferred.
• 14 years of experience in Real Estate, Hospitality, Retail, Banking, Automobile, or Customer Relationship roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Presentable, customer-focused, and confident personality.
• Good knowledge of MS Office/CRM systems.
• Willingness to work at project sites and weekends/holidays as required
