Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Guest Relations Executive role based in Gurugram. The Guest Relations Executive will greet and assist guests upon arrival, manage check-in and check-out processes, and handle reservation inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. The role involves responding to guest requests and concerns, coordinating with housekeeping, front office, and restaurant teams, and ensuring that guest expectations are met or exceeded. The Guest Relations Executive will maintain accurate records at the reception desk, manage phone and in-person inquiries, and support sales promotions by informing guests about services, offers, and facilities. The position also includes maintaining a welcoming lobby environment, following standard operating procedures, and upholding company service and safety standards.
