The Guest Relations Executive (GRE) is responsible for creating a positive and memorable experience for all visitors, customers, and clients. The role involves welcoming guests, coordinating appointments, assisting the sales team, maintaining customer records, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities
Front Office & Guest Management
- Welcome all visitors and customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain the visitor register and issue visitor passes.
- Offer refreshments and ensure guests are comfortably seated.
- Manage the reception area and maintain a clean, organized environment.
- Coordinate customer appointments with the sales team.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Follow up with customers regarding appointments, meetings, and site visits.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the engagement process.
- Coordinate with the Sales & Marketing team for customer visits.
- Maintain customer records in the CRM system.
- Support sales executives during customer meetings and events.
- Schedule and confirm site visits.
Administrative Support
- Answer incoming phone calls and redirect them appropriately.
- Respond to emails and customer inquiries promptly.
- Prepare daily visitor and customer interaction reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth customer service.
Event & Hospitality Management
- Assist in organizing customer events, project launches, and promotional activities.
- Ensure hospitality arrangements for VIP customers and guests.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and refreshments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Certification in Hospitality, Customer Service, or Front Office Management is an added advantage.
Experience
- 0–3 years of experience in Guest Relations, Customer Service, Front Office, Hospitality, Real Estate, Hotels, or Retail.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
