Job summary

Gostops invites applications for a Guest Relations Executive to warmly greet guests and ensure a smooth stay across our PAN India properties, with emphasis on North regions.

The role covers front desk duties, inquiries handling, and general guest-service support to create memorable experiences for all visitors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of industrial training or relevant experience in hospitality.
• Pleasant personality and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Final-year student or graduate from a Hotel Management program is preferred.
• Flexibility and enthusiasm for traveling across our properties.

Responsibilities

• Guest Services: greet and welcome guests with a pleasant demeanor and provide excellent service.
• Front Desk Operations: manage check-ins/check-outs and complete documentation accurately.
• Communication: handle calls, messages, and inquiries and redirect to relevant departments.
• Administrative Support: maintain files, records, and reports; create spreadsheets.
• Property Management Support: inventory checks and procurement; cover property manager duties when needed.
• Food and Beverage Assistance: support service of food and beverages for guest satisfaction.
• Bookkeeping Assistance: issue invoices and checks; assist in basic bookkeeping.
• Cross-Location Travel: travel to other properties across South and West India when required.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Guest Services: Greet and welcome guests with a pleasant demeanor, providing excellent customer service throughout their stay.
• Front Desk Operations: Manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring accurate completion of all necessary documentation.
• Communication: Handle phone calls, messages, and inquiries, redirecting them to relevant departments when necessary.
• Administrative Support: Maintain and organize files, records, and documents, updating them as needed. Create and manage spreadsheets for reporting and operational needs.
• Property Management Support: Conduct inventory checks and maintain records. Assist in the procurement of monthly supplies. Step in as the property in-charge during the absence of the property manager.
• Food and Beverage Assistance: Support the service of food and beverages to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Bookkeeping Assistance: Issue invoices, checks, and assist in basic bookkeeping tasks.
• Cross-Location Travel: Be willing to travel to other properties in South and West India when required.
