Job summary

ibis Hyderabad HITEC City is seeking a dedicated GSA - Housekeeping to join our hospitality team in Hyderabad, India. You will maintain the highest cleanliness standards in guest rooms, suites, and public areas, ensuring a warm, welcoming environment for guests.

You will replenish amenities, respond to guest requests, and collaborate with colleagues to support smooth daily operations while upholding brand standards and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or equivalent education.
• Diploma or Certificate in Hotel Management or Housekeeping (preferred).
• Prior experience in housekeeping operations or guest service roles (advantageous).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with guests and colleagues.
• Proficiency in English for effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Clean, service, and prepare guest rooms, suites, and public areas according to established hotel standards and brand guidelines.
• Replenish guest amenities, minibar supplies, linens, and room essentials while maintaining presentation and organization.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and special requirements, ensuring high guest satisfaction.
• Report maintenance issues, lost and found items, room status updates to the Housekeeping Supervisor promptly.
• Follow hotel hygiene, safety, and brand standards to maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Manage time efficiently to complete tasks within scheduled timeframes while maintaining quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to support smooth daily operations and a positive work environment.
• Demonstrate problem-solving skills when addressing guest needs or operational challenges.
• Maintain professionalism and punctuality in attendance.

We're looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented GSA - Housekeeping to join our hospitality team at ibis Hyderabad HITEC City Hyderabad, India. In this role, you'll play a vital part in creating exceptional guest experiences by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and service. As a GSA - Housekeeping professional, you'll work collaboratively with our housekeeping team to ensure every guest room, suite, and public area reflects our commitment to excellence and hospitality.
