Job summary

Accor in Pune is seeking a detail-oriented GSA-Housekeeping to join our team at Ibis Pune Viman Nagar. You will maintain cleanliness of guest rooms, public areas and assist in delivering a welcoming experience for guests.

The role requires a warm, professional approach with strong time management. Previous housekeeping experience is an asset, and ongoing training through Accor Academy is provided to help you grow.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, public areas per standards.
• Use cleaning equipment, supplies and chemicals safely.
• Respond promptly to guest requests related to housekeeping.
• Restock room amenities and supplies.
• Inspect rooms and public areas for cleanliness and maintenance.
• Report damages or safety hazards to appropriate personnel.
• Collaborate with other departments for seamless guest experiences.
• Manage storage areas and inventory of cleaning supplies.
• Follow company policies and safety standards.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs.

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient GSA-Housekeeping to join our team in Ibis Pune Viman Nagar, India. As a Guest Service Associate specializing in housekeeping, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our facilities, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for our guests.

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, public areas, and other assigned spaces according to established standards and procedures
• Properly use cleaning equipment, supplies, and chemicals while adhering to safety guidelines
• Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns related to housekeeping matters
• Restock guest room amenities, linens, and supplies as needed
• Inspect rooms and public areas for cleanliness, functionality, and maintenance issues
• Report any damages, deficiencies, or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Maintain organized storage areas and manage inventory of cleaning supplies
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Qualifications
