Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, public areas, and other spaces according to standards.
• Use cleaning equipment, supplies, and chemicals safely.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns related to housekeeping.
• Restock amenities, linens, and supplies as needed.
• Inspect rooms and areas for cleanliness, functionality, and maintenance issues.
• Report damages or safety hazards to appropriate personnel.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Manage storage areas and inventory of cleaning supplies.
• Adhere to company policies and safety standards.
• Participate in ongoing training and development.
