Qualifications

• Candidates must demonstrate strong housekeeping skills, including room cleaning and public area upkeep.
• Laundry handling, linen sorting, washing, ironing, and hygiene standards are required.
• Excellent customer service and communication to interact with guests and team members.
• Ability to train and mentor new staff in housekeeping procedures.
• Experience in hospitality or hotel housekeeping is beneficial.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and infection-control procedures.
• Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
• Basic education and familiarity with cleaning equipment and products.

Role Description

This role is responsible for maintaining guest rooms and public areas to high cleanliness and hygiene standards, including making beds, replenishing amenities, and cleaning bathrooms and common spaces. The Housekeeping GSA will handle laundry-related tasks such as sorting, washing, ironing, and organizing linens and guest clothing as required. Daily responsibilities include responding to guest requests, reporting maintenance issues, following safety and sanitation procedures, and ensuring all housekeeping supplies are stocked and properly used. The role also supports training new team members in housekeeping procedures and contributes to a positive, guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong housekeeping skills, including room cleaning, public area upkeep, and attention to detail.
• Candidates should possess laundry-related skills, such as handling linens, operating laundry equipment, and maintaining hygiene standards.
• Candidates should possess customer service and communication skills to interact courteously with guests and collaborate effectively with team members.

• Relevant experience in hospitality or hotel housekeeping is beneficial.
