Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for D2C partners, ensuring strong, long-term relationships and consistent communication.
• Profitability & Growth Oversight: Manage the financial performance of assigned accounts, focusing on driving revenue growth, cost efficiency, and profitability.
• Strategic Business Decisions: Collaborate with partners (internal & external) to make high-level decisions regarding website optimization, marketing strategies, design direction, and growth initiatives.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, and analytics teams to execute strategies that enhance brand presence and customer engagement.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor key performance metrics, analyze data to identify growth opportunities, and provide regular performance updates to stakeholders.
