The ideal candidate has strong communication skills in English and Hindi, and a BTech/MBA/BBA with about 1 year of related experience. This role offers an in-office, 6 days a week work pattern and collaborative culture.

Qualificações

Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic folks to join us as Growth Consultant. You will be primarily responsible to own and drive D2C sales of 15+ first-time online brands. Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for D2C partners, ensuring strong, long-term relationships and consistent communication.
• Profitability & Growth Oversight: Manage the financial performance of assigned accounts, focusing on driving revenue growth, cost efficiency, and profitability.
• Strategic Business Decisions: Collaborate with partners (internal & external) to make high-level decisions regarding website optimization, marketing strategies, design direction, and growth initiatives.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, and analytics teams to execute strategies that enhance brand presence and customer engagement.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor key performance metrics, analyze data to identify growth opportunities, and provide regular performance updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills (English & Hindi)
• Graduate with B Tech/MBA/BBA, 1 year experience in Sales, Key Account Manager, Customer Success preferred
