Job summary

Golden Opportunities in Hyderabad is seeking a seasoned HR leader to own end-to-end HR lifecycle for 700+ employees. You will drive talent management, performance systems, compensation, compliance, and HR transformation while partnering with business leaders.

You will lead HR operations, workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, engagement, learning and development, with a focus on process improvements and analytics.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
• 12+ years of HR experience.
• Experience handling HR for 700+ FTEs.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR lifecycle including workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, engagement, performance management, L&D, retention, and exit management.
• Drive HR process transformation, automation, standardization and continuous improvement.
• Oversee HR operations, policies, employee relations and lifecycle processes.
• Manage talent acquisition, talent management, succession planning and leadership development.
• Develop and implement performance management systems and employee engagement initiatives.
• Oversee compensation and benefits, payroll coordination and statutory compliance.
• Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
• Lead workforce planning, organizational development and productivity initiatives.
• Monitor HR metrics, attrition and workforce costs.
• Lead and develop the HR team to service 700+ FTEs.
