Key Responsibilities
Employee Life Cycle Management
- Lead and oversee end-to-end employee life cycle processes including onboarding, confirmation, performance management, transfers, promotions, compensation changes, and exits.
- Ensure smooth coordination between recruitment, payroll, HR operations, and business stakeholders.
Onboarding & Induction
- Design and implement structured onboarding programs to ensure positive employee experience and faster productivity.
- Ensure timely completion of joining formalities and system entries.
Employee Data & HR Operations
- Maintain accurate employee records in HRMS/ATS systems.
- Ensure adherence to HR policies, internal controls, and statutory compliance.
Performance & Engagement
- Support performance management cycles including goal setting, mid-year and annual reviews.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and track effectiveness.
Succession Planning
- To design, implement, and manage the organization's succession planning framework to ensure leadership continuity, critical role coverage, and a strong internal talent pipeline aligned with business strategy.
Policy Implementation & Compliance
- Implement HR policies and ensure consistent application across the organization.
- Monitor statutory and labor law compliance in coordination with payroll and legal teams.
Employee Relations
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to life cycle events.
- Handle escalations, grievances, and disciplinary processes professionally.
Exit Management
- Manage resignation, termination, and retirement processes.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze attrition trends for actionable insights.
Process Improvement & Automation
- Identify gaps and improve employee life cycle processes through automation and best practices.
- Lead HR audits and process documentation.
Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare MIS reports and dashboards related to headcount, attrition, onboarding, and employee movements.
- Provide data-driven insights to HR leadership and business heads.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end HR operations and employee life cycle processes
- Hands-on experience with HRMS
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to lead process improvements and manage change
Qualifications & Experience
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent
- 10-15 years of experience in HR operations or employee life cycle management
- Prior experience in a lead or managerial role
