Job summary

BERG Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations and drive new HR initiatives. The role requires a proactive generalist who supports business needs through efficient processes, employee engagement, compliance, and continuous improvement.

The candidate will handle recruitment, onboarding, records, and HRIS data, while coordinating performance management, development, and employee relations to enhance the overall employee experience.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.
• 0-5 years of experience in an HR Generalist role.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end HR processes.
• Experience in executing HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Good communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities.
• Execute and deliver HR projects, process improvements, and new HR initiatives in line with business objectives.
• Support recruitment activities, coordinate interviews, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and HRIS data.
• Coordinate performance management, learning & development, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, statutory requirements, and organizational procedures.
• Handle employee queries and support positive employee relations.
• Prepare HR reports, MIS, and workforce analytics for management.
• Collaborate with business leaders to implement HR best practices and enhance employee experience.
