Job summary

Sone India is seeking a senior sales leader to drive growth in LT/HT switchboards, expand key accounts, and build a strong project pipeline. The role collaborates with design, estimation, production, and projects teams to deliver revenue and orders.

The ideal candidate owns 15+ years in electrical sales, with a proven track record in large deals and strategic expansion across EPC, industrial, and utility sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering is required; MBA in Marketing/Sales preferred.
• 15+ years of relevant experience, ideally in organisations with turnover above ₹100 cr.
• Strong knowledge of LT/HT switchboards and switchgear industry.
• Proven track record in revenue growth and large order acquisition.
• Strategic sales planning and business expansion capability.
• Strong client relationship and negotiation skills.
