• Patient Check-In & Greeting: Welcome patients, visitors, and vendors, verify identification, and guide people to the correct departments or waiting areas.
• Phone & Communication Management: Answer multi-line phone systems, screen calls, relay messages to medical staff, and handle inquiries regarding hospital hours or policies.
• Appointment Scheduling: Book, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments, and manage provider calendar flow.
