PivoTDive is seeking a field-based customer service professional in Ahmedabad to handle client inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism. You will maintain CRM records and work with the team to reach sales targets.

The role requires good English communication skills, 0–1 year in BPO/call center, and willingness to work rotational shifts and travel as needed.
