Job summary

Tech Mahindra Hyderabad is hiring for a customer support role handling international voice calls. The candidate should have inbound BPO experience, strong communication skills, and be flexible to work in a 24/7 environment with 5 days a week shifts. The position includes a pick-and-drop cab facility and rotational weekly schedule. Immediate joiners preferred.

Note: Fresher, domestic, backend, email/chat/F&A/AR caller or healthcare domain experience will not be considered.

Qualifications

• Min.1Y international voice experience required from International BPO (Inbound Calls).
• Good communication skills.
• Flexible to work in 24/7 environment.
