DLIFE Interiors in Kerala seeks a customer service professional to handle inbound calls, resolve queries, and maintain high service standards. You will also engage in outbound calls to generate leads and nurture relationships with existing clients, while efficiently managing voice messages, emails, and chats.

Ideal candidates have 0-8 years in a BPO/call center setting, excellent English communication skills, and a willingness to leverage Hindi as an added advantage to assist a diverse client

Qualifications

• 0-8 years of experience in BPO or call center environment.
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written).
• Proficiency in Hindi language is an added advantage.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.
