Job summary

Solarium Green Energy Ltd is seeking a Field Technician to join its customer service team. You will visit customer sites, diagnose issues, perform troubleshooting and basic repairs on rooftop solar systems, and ensure timely resolution of customer queries.

You will document site visits, capture readings, and communicate clearly with customers while following safety procedures. Travel to customer locations and coordination with the ONM team are essential for effective field service delivery.

Qualifications

• ITI/ Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Solar or related technical field.
• 1–3 years of experience in electrical, solar, inverter or field service operations.
• Basic understanding of rooftop solar systems and electrical equipment.
• Ability to use basic electrical testing tools such as a multimeter and clamp meter.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations.
• Valid two-wheeler driving licence.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a Field Technician to join our customer service team. The technician will be responsible for visiting customer sites, understanding and diagnosing technical issues, performing troubleshooting and basic repairs, and ensuring timely resolution of customer queries related to rooftop solar systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit customer sites to inspect and resolve technical complaints.

• Check system performance and identify the root cause of customer complaints.

• Maintain proper records of site visits, issues identified, actions taken, and resolution status.
• Capture required site photographs and technical readings during visits.
• Escalate major or recurring technical issues to the concerned team.
• Follow all safety procedures while working at customer sites.
• Ensure proper handling of tools, equipment, and spare parts provided for field work.
