Job summary

Keka Technologies Private Limited in India is seeking a Solar Service Engineer to handle service, maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical support for solar systems.

You will diagnose issues related to solar installations, coordinate with customers and site teams for service requests, conduct site visits and preventive maintenance, and maintain service reports to ensure timely resolution of customer complaints, using clear communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in the solar industry.
• Electrical engineering background is preferred.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in solar service, maintenance, or technical support.
• Good knowledge of solar systems, electrical components, and troubleshooting.
• Good communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
