Job summary

You will troubleshoot solar PV systems, inverters, wiring, meters, and monitoring devices, and coordinate with the ONM team for complex issues. Strong communication and safety awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• ITI/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Solar or related technical field.
• 1–3 years of experience in electrical, solar, inverter, or field service operations.
• Basic understanding of rooftop solar systems and electrical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Visit customer sites to inspect and resolve technical complaints.
• Diagnose issues related to solar PV systems, inverters, wiring, AC/DC systems, meters, and monitoring devices.
• Perform troubleshooting, testing, and basic repair/replacement activities.
• Check system performance and identify root causes of customer complaints.
• Coordinate with the technical/ONM team for issues requiring further support.
• Ensure customer complaints are resolved within defined TAT/SLA.
• Explain issues and resolutions clearly to customers.
• Maintain records of site visits and actions taken.
• Capture site photos and readings during visits.
• Escalate major or recurring technical issues to the concerned team.
• Follow safety procedures while working at customer sites.

Field Technician – Customer Service

Job Summary

We are looking for a Field Technician to join our customer service team. The technician will be responsible for visiting customer sites, understanding and diagnosing technical issues, performing troubleshooting and basic repairs, and ensuring timely resolution of customer queries related to rooftop solar systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit customer sites to inspect and resolve technical complaints.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to use basic electrical testing tools such as a multimeter and clamp meter.

• Comfortable travelling to customer locations.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Valid two-wheeler driving licence.
