Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in IT field support, desktop support, hardware maintenance, or networking.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN, Wi‑Fi, DNS, DHCP, IP addressing, routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Experience in computer hardware installation, troubleshooting, upgrades, and replacements.
• Familiarity with Windows, Microsoft Office, and printer installation and troubleshooting.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate with teams, and travel to client locations.
• Diploma or degree in Computer Science, IT, ECE, or a related field.
• Two‑wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
