Job summary

Cynosure Corporate Solutions is seeking a capable IT Hardware Support technician to diagnose and fix desktop and laptop issues, perform OS installs, and provide on-site client support. Freshers with solid fundamentals are encouraged to apply.

Travel allowances and ongoing training are provided to grow in IT hardware support roles. You will collaborate with the IT team to resolve connectivity issues, document reports, and ensure timely problem resolution for diversified clients across industries

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Knowledge of OS installation and configuration (Windows, Linux, etc.).
• Experience with remote troubleshooting tools.
• Basic knowledge of networking (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi).
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Freshers with good technical knowledge are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities
