Job summary

Poornam Technologies Pvt. Ltd. in Chennai is seeking a proactive IT Support Technician to install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems on desktops and laptops, ensuring smooth daily operations.

You will configure Outlook and Microsoft 365, install and resolve printer issues, and provide basic networking support across LAN/WAN, routers, switches and Wi‑Fi. Onsite visits within Chennai, freshers welcome, salary up to ₹15,000 CTC per month.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of desktop and laptop hardware.
• Understanding of Windows OS installation and troubleshooting.
• Basic knowledge of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, Router, Switch, Firewall).
• Knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft 365.
• Basic understanding of printers and peripherals.
• Good communication and customer handling skills.

Responsibilities
