Job summary

Policybazaar in India is seeking a Relationship Manager (Field Sales Executive) to drive insurance sales in your designated territory. You will meet sales targets, acquire customers, and conduct regular client meetings to tailor insurance solutions.

You will upsell/cross-sell, provide post-sales support, and maintain strong client relationships, while coordinating with supervisors on strategy. The role requires bike ownership, a valid driving license, and proficiency in the regional language,

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and business goals based on ANP and case count.
• Generate new leads via natural market, referrals, and the orphan base.
• Conduct client meetings to understand needs and offer insurance solutions.
• Apply need-based selling and upsell/cross-sell to existing customers.
• Ensure timely post-sales service and policy issuance.
• Maintain customer engagement and relationships in the territory.
• Collaborate with supervisors to plan and execute strategies.
• Forecast sales and design innovative strategies.
• Manage and grow the customer database.
• Follow ISMS security protocols to safeguard data.
