Policybazaar is hiring a Relationship Manager (Field sales Executive) in Kerala. You will drive insurance sales, acquire customers, meet targets, and manage end-to-end client relations in your territory.

The role requires a bike and driving license, strong regional language skills, and at least 1 year in banking or insurance sales. Immediate joiner is preferred and male candidates are requested.

Qualifications

Bike ownership with valid driving license is mandatory.
Proficiency in the regional language is mandatory.
Minimum 1 year of banking or insurance sales experience.

Responsibilities

Achieve sales targets based on ANP and case count.
Generate new customer leads via natural market and referrals.
Conduct client meetings to assess needs and propose insurance solutions.
Perform need-based selling and upselling/cross-selling.
Provide post-sales service and timely policy issuance.
Maintain customer engagement and relationships.
Coordinate with supervisors to plan sales strategies.
Forecast sales and manage customer database in territory.
Adhere to ISMS data security protocols.

Need-Based Selling: Ensure appropriate solutions through a structured selling model.
Upselling & Cross-Selling: Maximize revenue through existing customer base.
Post-Sales Service: Resolve queries and ensure timely policy issuance.
Customer Engagement: Maintain regular touchpoints and strong relationships with clients
Collaboration: Coordinate with supervisors to plan and execute business strategies.
Sales Forecasting: Design and evaluate innovative sales strategies.
Database Management: Maintain and grow your customer database in your designated territory.
ISMS Compliance: Follow security protocols to safeguard customer and company data.
