As a FieldOfficer, your primary responsibilities will involve actively engaging with potential and existing customers directly within the Khagaria region, serving as the face of Namra Finance Ltd. You will be instrumental in Customer Acquisition and Business Sourcing, proactively identifying new opportunities to expand our client base by educating individuals and small businesses about our diverse range of financial products and services. A significant part of your day will include conducting thorough KYC Verification processes, meticulously collecting and verifying client documentationto ensure compliance with regulatory standards and accuracy in all records. You will also manage the end-to-end process of Loan Disbursement, guiding eligible clients through the necessary application steps, explaining terms clearly, and ensuring the timely and secure releaseof funds. Furthermore, effective Loan Collection will be a key duty, requiring you to maintain positive and professional relationships with clients while diligently following up on repayments and addressing any concerns they may have. Strong Communication Skills and Interpersonal Skills are absolutely essential as you build rapport and trust with clients, addressing their queries with clarity, empathy, and providing comprehensive information about our offerings. You will regularly utilize Smartphone Usage and demonstrate proficiency in Mobile Application Handlingfor efficient data entry, real-time transaction processing, client record management, and reporting, streamlining operations effectively. Ultimately, your ability to foster strong, lasting Relationship Building will be paramount to your success, contributing directly to client satisfaction andthe sustainable growth of our business in the community.
