Your primary responsibilities will encompass a comprehensive range of field operations, directly contributing to our organizational growth and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This includes active customer acquisition, where you will identify and engage potential clients within your designated service areas, effectively communicating our financial products and services. You will meticulously conduct KYC verification processes, gathering necessary documentation and ensuring compliance with regulatory standardsto mitigate risks. A significant part of your role will involve loan sourcing, guiding applicants through the entire application process, and facilitating timely loan disbursement, ensuring funds reach our customers efficiently and transparently. Furthermore, you will be responsible for managing collectionseffectively, requiring a sensitive yet firm approach to maintain a healthy portfolio quality and support our customers in their repayment journeys. Building and nurturing strong, lasting customer relationships through consistent engagement, proactive support, and addressing their financial needs will be paramount, solidifying their trust in Namra Finance Ltd. You will also be expected to accurately record all field activities, customer interactions, and transaction details using our dedicated mobile application, ensuring data integrity and operational efficiency across all tasks.
