As a Field Officer at Namra Finance Ltd., you will be a pivotal link between our financial services andthe communities we serve. Your primary responsibility will involve proactive customer acquisition and meticulous loan sourcing, identifying and engaging with potential clients in Gumla and its surrounding areas to understand their financial requirements and introduce them to our suitable product offerings. You will conductthorough KYC verification processes, meticulously collecting and reviewing necessary documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and mitigate potential risks. Following successful verification, you will facilitate the efficient loan disbursement to approved applicants, ensuring a smooth and transparent process for our clients. Acrucial aspect of your role will also involve diligent loan collection activities, where you will follow up with clients to ensure timely repayments, manage overdue accounts, and maintain the overall health and quality of our loan portfolio. This role requires extensive travel within yourassigned territory, where you will be expected to navigate local areas effectively and utilize your smartphone handling skills for various operational tasks, including data entry, communication, and real-time reporting.
