Job summary

ALLEN Digital in Bengaluru is seeking a dedicated Facility Executive to provide onsite integrated facilities management at our Kadubeesanahalli office. You will ensure best-in-class service delivery, maintain compliance, and coordinate with vendors and clients to deliver a seamless workplace experience.

The role requires 2–4 years in integrated facilities management or soft services, proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint, and willingness to work rotational shifts, 6 days a week.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in Integrated Facilities Management or soft services.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine daily, weekly & monthly site inspections.
• Manage soft services — housekeeping, pantry, pest control, front desk & office boy services.
• Coordinate with clients and vendors for facility requirements and issue resolution.
• Maintain and monitor SLAs with all service providers.
• Implement health, safety & risk management programs and fire safety drills.
• Manage CCTV, access control, visitor management & security operations.
• Assist in procurement — raise purchase requests, track delivery & maintain inventory.
• Coordinate internal events, town halls & office functions.
• Maintain asset register, AMC tracking & consumables inventory.
• Prepare daily walkthrough reports, inspection checklists & MIS in MS Excel/Word.
