Job summary

Talent Corner Hr Services is seeking a Facility Manager to oversee day-to-day hard and soft facility management across corporate premises, IT parks, and co-working spaces. The role emphasizes strong stakeholder relations, cost control, and compliance with EHS and statutory standards.

The ideal candidate will lead vendors, manage SLAs, monitor energy and maintenance, and drive audits and continual facility improvements to ensure safe, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Corporate Facility Management experience in Corporate Buildings, IT Parks, Co-working Spaces or Integrated Facility Management.
• Proficient in EHS, Fire Safety and Statutory Compliance.
• Hands-on knowledge of HVAC, Electrical Systems, DG, UPS and Preventive Maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Hard & Soft Facility Management including HVAC, electrical, DG, UPS, plumbing, fire safety, housekeeping, security, pantry and other services.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring strong stakeholder relationships and timely resolution of concerns.
• Manage vendors, AMCs, SLAs, service quality, invoices and operational costs.
• Ensure EHS, fire safety, statutory and workplace compliance, including inspections, drills and documentation.
• Monitor preventive maintenance, utilities, energy consumption and overall facility upkeep.
• Prepare MIS, maintain SOPs/checklists and support audits and facility improvement initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

• Hands-on experience in EHS, Fire Safety, and Statutory Compliance.
• Sound understanding of HVAC, Electrical Systems, DG, UPS, Utilities, and Preventive Maintenance.
• Experience in Vendor Management, SLA monitoring, and service delivery.
• Knowledge of Budget & Cost Control and Energy Management.
• Proficiency in Documentation, MIS reporting, and record management.
• Strong team leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
